There is no move order The Crazy Cat is when white plays f3, g3, Nh3, Nf2, e3, c3, d3, Bg2, Nd2, Nf1 and b3 .
( The opening can also be played with black. )

... search for "krazy kat" rather than Crazy cat. I thought simply Nh3, f3, Nf2 was sufficient for the Krazy kat, but i may be wrong.
